EVENT REGULATIONS

• The VANFEST 2025 – Show and Shine (Sunday 10th August) is a Family Friendly event. Therefore, there is to be no alcohol or drugs consumed on the show and shine grounds during the entirety of the event 8am – 3pm.
• Entrants and spectators must abide by all directions given by event staff.
• Vehicles can be trailered in near the display area and unloaded under the direction of event staff. Please let event staff know if you will be doing this. All tow vehicles and trailers are to be off event grounds after unloading.
• All vehicles are to remain static for the entirety of the ‘Show and Shine’ event.
• Vehicles to be stick to venue speed limits as directed on site.
• No burnouts or unnecessary revving of any vehicles.
• All vehicles chosen to be judged will be selected for classes and awards by the judges, at their discretion.
• The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without reason or to ask people to leave the event.
• All vehicles must be road registered to go on multiple event cruises.
• All entrants are to be courteous to park staff and other residents or campers over the entirety of the event. Anyone seen to not be doing so may be asked to leave.
• No entrant refunds will be given after 1st June 2025.
• By signing this document, you permit event staff and their associated judges to touch, scrutinise and photograph your vehicle as they see fit which may include entering inside and opening or shutting doors, boots, bonnet etc.

EVENT DISCLAIMER/WAIVER

In consideration of my entry to this event, being the “VANFEST 2025” (Friday 8th August 2025 -Monday 11th August 2025), I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages, injury, and property damage which I or my successors may have, or which may hereafter occur as a result of my participation in this event. This release is intended to discharge in advance the promotors, sponsors and all contractors and public entities (including their respective agents and employees) from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the event. I understand the risks involved in participating in such an event. I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release all of the persons or entities mentioned.

I also hereby consent to and allow photographs or other likeness of my vehicle to appear in any official media release or document, television or radio broadcast associated with VANFEST. I permit the publication of any audio, visual, film, pictures or photographic product which may include my vehicle and me, for any promotional or official purpose connected directly to the event.
