Custom Vans Australia is back in 2025, bigger, better and hopefully drier, but this time, proudly presenting our first ever national event, “VANFEST”, to be held in the beautiful beachside town of South West Rocks.
Weekend pass holders will be hosted by the stunning waterfront Ingenia Holiday Park on Gordon Young Drive and will have the option to come and go for as many or as few Vanning activities that you like, that we have planned over the course of the weekend.
It’ll be another action-packed, old-school weekend of live music, great food, amazing sunsets, trivia and games, numerous cruises, mini in-house swap meet and just kicking back with our mates, talking all things vanning.
VANFEST will still host the much anticipated ‘Show ‘n Shine’ on the Sunday which will be a judged event. We’ll be rewarding a Top 10 Vans there, Top 3 NSW Vans, amongst numerous other associated accolades.
We’re super excited to announce the return of our Vanning Visionary Q & A Session on the Friday night and of course our much loved, numerous Iconic Vanners Choice awards on show day too.
BUT, that’s not it … VANFEST will also be on the look out for its first ever ‘GRAND CHAMPION’! And boy are we excited about this one …
The aim of GRAND CHAMPION is simple … Vanners, vanning with their vans! The winner of this award will be derived from an entrant who MUST participate in the following;
- Light and Sound Show
- Cut a lap on at least one of the weekends designated cruises
- Dress up for the party and trivia night
- Enter the Show ‘n’ Shine, including display and idiot board
- And the kicker … Someone must sleep in the van at least one night of the event – extra points will be awarded if a ‘him’ and a ‘her’ stay in it (spot checks will be done – underwear is not optional)
You don’t have to be the prettiest van there, you’ve just got to be dedicated to the sport!
The event is open to anyone with a van, a mint street machine or even just someone who loves vans and wants to join in the weekend festivities.
All standard weekend pass holders are $99 for adults and $49 for kids between 10 and 15 years of age, until 1st October 2024 then standard adult passes will bump up to $119 each so don’t miss our early bird special. This includes dinner on Saturday night, all entertainment, entry to the Show ‘n’ Shine and goodie bags.

4:00pm – Mini Swap Meet plus live music & fires kick off

Event Information – What tickets should I buy?
ENTRIES FOR 2025 OPEN IN SEPTEMBER 2024
– Adult passes are for those 16 years and over that are coming for the weekend.
– Kids are school aged 10-15 years. Older than 15 will need to buy an adult pass.
– Under 10 years are free and will receive dinner on Saturday night too.
– You will be required to submit this form and pay your entry fee before you can contact ‘Ingenia Holiday Park’ to book accommodation. Please wait for return confirmation email before doing so.
